National Patient Safety Consortium
    Project Governance  
 

 

The National Patient Safety Education Framework Project Steering Committee will oversee the project on behalf of the Australian Council for Safety and Quality in Health Care. The Chair of the Committee will report to the Council regarding the progress of the project.

 

The role of the Steering Committee will be to provide governance for the project through guidance and advice on:

  • the progress of the project
  • intellectual content of the framework
  • stakeholder consultation
  • problem solving and resolving barriers

In addition to members and staff of the Council and members of the project management team, the Committee includes representatives from major stakeholder groups. The members of the Committee are:
